Summary
- 14-day money-back guarantee: a full refund of the first payment of any paid plan, no questions asked, if you ask within 14 days.
- After that: cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods.
- Wrong conversions: if a conversion is wrong or fails reconciliation and we cannot fix it, we refund it or credit the pages back on request.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method.
14-day refund on your first payment
If you are not happy with a paid plan, email us within 14 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason and it does not matter how many pages you used. This applies once per customer per plan; it applies to monthly and annual plans alike.
Renewals and cancellations
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
- Renewal payments and partial periods are not refunded pro rata after the 14-day window.
- Exception: if a renewal charged you by mistake (for example, you cancelled before the renewal date, or were charged twice), we refund it in full.
- Annual plans (if offered): the same 14-day rule applies to the first annual payment. After 14 days, cancelling stops the next yearly renewal and you keep access until the end of the year paid for.
When a conversion is wrong
If a converted statement is wrong or fails the reconciliation check, email us the bank name, statement type and what went wrong (you do not have to send the statement itself). We will try to fix the parser. If we cannot fix it, we will, at your choice, credit the pages back to your allowance or refund the affected billing period's charge in proportion to the pages affected (or in full if the service did not work for you at all). Ask within 30 days of the conversion.
How to request a refund
- Email csvledger@mail.grokbot.com from the address on your account, within 14 days of the payment for the 14-day guarantee.
- Include your Paddle order number (it is on the receipt email from Paddle) and, if you like, a short reason.
- We reply within 2 business days and ask Paddle to issue the refund.
You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net by looking up your order.
How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. Refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method, in the original currency, including any tax charged. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund. After a full refund, the subscription ends and the account moves to the Free plan.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law where you live, or under Paddle's refund policy.
